Can you help me pick out clothes for my session?
I'd love to! Now of course I'd love to shop with you, but since that isn't really possible I have a few options to help. I'm happy to send you suggestions or links to clothing online. Read my article on What to Wear? This should help a bit.

Also please feel free to email me links or photos of what you are thinking of choosing. I can give you my thoughts on what would work best with the setting you are choosing and the look you are trying to achieve. Just a disclaimer though, I am not a stylist! I just know what can look great in a photo!

How long will my session take?
It depends. Check out Investment for suggested time frames. Typically if you have small children, they are the ones that set the time frame. Once they are done, they are done. I don't want to push a cranky toddler because whatever we get after they melt down won't be worth looking at. Newborns take the longest. We need lots of time to diaper, feed and soothe them into a nice sleep so we can get all those adorable newborn shots!

How many pictures will I see in my gallery?
This also really depends on the session. I don't like to give a set number because if there are more cute photos then I'd hate to limit them. Trust though that you will have plenty to choose from, narrowing them down to what you want printed will be your hardest decision!

Do you edit all the photos?
This was always a funny question for me, but then I realized that there are photographers out there that will give you pictures that come straight out of the camera and then charge you to make them print worthy. I touch every photo. Some need more work than others, but by the time you get them I have done what I feel needs to be done to print them and hang them up. If there is extra that you feel is needed that will be charged on a case by case basis.

Can you help me decide what to hang on my wall?
I'd be happy to! This is tough and I'd be happy to sit down with you and look through which photos would work best together. I can even show you what they may look like on your wall along with sample of the various products. View this for a sample.

Can I use your cute hats, headbands and diaper covers?
Absolutely! And plan on it. I purchase them from various vendors to use in my sessions and I am always getting in new items that I can't wait to try out!
